We are currently deploying ICA PN client(V.10) to 100 users to a new farm. For users with no previous client installed we have no problem. However we have 10 users who have previous client installed (v9) which pointed to a previous POC environment. If Receiver upgrade is not possible due to feature incompatibility and/or a clean uninstall. The Receiver Clean-Up utility logs to Citrix. Client Files.

This maybe a bit basic but am pretty new to this
We are currently deploying ICA PN client(V.10) to 100 users to a new farm. For users with no previous client installed we have no problem. However we have 10 users who have previous client installed (v9) which pointed to a previous POC environment.
When doing a manual uninstall and manual reinstall of the client we see problems with single signon and in some cases is still trying to connect to their old custom applications
Is there any way of doing a clean uninstall where all ICA settings are completly removed? Or is it possible to just copy a known working pn.ini and appsrv.ini to the client machines where we are having these problems.
